Fire Wall

Gypsemna Fire Wall is used for interior walls and ceilings in all building applications requiring extended fire ratings. It can be used for both new construction or renovations with steel framing. The boards are typically screwed to studs spaced maximum of 600mm and can also be applied by laminating or with the use of adhesive.

Overview 12.5mm - FW

Gypsemna Fire Wall (FW - 12.5mm) is an interior gypsum board consisting of a solid-set, fire-resistant Type X gypsum core, enclosed in magenta-coloured face paper and a strong liner back paper. The board provides enhanced fire resistance when used in tested assemblies. The long edges are slightly tapered to allow joints to be reinforced and concealed with joint tape and joint compound. Both the face and back papers are 100% recyclable.
