HDU Track

Gypsemna Head Deflection U Track is the horizontal top member of drywall structure into which the corresponding Gypsemna’s CH and E Stud is fitted. It allows a vertical movement from the ceiling or roof which prevents loads from being transferred to the studs. It is a strong, non-load bearing component for exterior and interior drywall partitions, ceilings and liners.

Overview

Gypsemna Head Deflection U Track provides a friction-fit for the studs, holding them in position until the lining board is installed and assisting in board alignment. Components for drywall studs and tracks are cold roll-formed from hot-dipped galvanized steel (corrosion resistant) and are available in a variety of sizes and thicknesses.
