Saadiyat Development and Investment Company plans to develop SDIC – Qaryat Al Hidd Homes, in Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi, UAE. The project will have a total of 220,500 sq.m land area and will consist of 12 buildings with 4 storeys each and overall of 1,100 apartments consisting of Sunrise Residences, which will include 7 buildings and Sunset Residences, which will include 5 buildings with an estimated built-up area of 285,000 sq.m
