Saadiyat Development and Investment Company plans to develop SDIC – Qaryat Al Hidd Homes on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE. The project will cover a total land area of 220,500 sq.m and will consist of 12 buildings with four storeys each, comprising 1,100 apartments. The development will include Sunrise Residences, consisting of 7 buildings, and Sunset Residences, consisting of 5 buildings, with an estimated built-up area of 285,000 sq.m.
